These property advertising terms and conditions must be accepted and agreed to in order for Client to purchase property advertising through the www.weknowdubairealestate.com website.

General

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, discussions and representations between the parties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein. All orders shall be subject to www.weknowdubairealestate.com's then-current Terms and Conditions, which may be revised by www.weknowdubairealestate.com without notice at any time. This agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of UK, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

Prices

www.weknowdubairealestate.com has decided to offer a free-time promotion to start its activities. Prices are subject to change anytime without prior notice. Running ads will never be subject to change, which means you will never to pay additional fees for a running ad, even if prices have changed.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card using the third party PayPal. prices include the commission of this third party and you will never have to pay additional fees for it. Payment is secured by PayPal. Piritech Studio and www.weknowdubairealestate.com have no responsability regarding payment problems or fraud, which is the sole responsability of the payment processing company PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund

While clients can suspend or cancel their account, running ads' fees will never be refund. If technical problems occur and lead to a submission problem with an ad, we may envisage to refund it.

Right to reject property advertising

www.weknowdubairealestate.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the provision of property advertising services to any client, reject any universal resource locator ("URL") link, or disallow a particular site and/or listing from becoming a client. Without limiting the foregoing, the following property advertisements and/or sites are prohibited by www.weknowdubairealestate.com: (a) those containing inappropriate adult or pornographic material, and/or links to inappropriate adult or pornographic material, or nudity; (b) those that promote or encourage illegal activity, violence, or racism and/or provide instructions or discussions about illegal, violent or racist activity; (c) those that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail; (d) those that promote illegal business practices; (e) those with products or properties advertisements that are, in www.weknowdubairealestate.com's sole and absolute judgment, offensive or inappropriate; (f) those that violate any applicable law, regulation or third party rights; and (g) any property advertising that www.weknowdubairealestate.com determines could result in legal liability or adverse publicity to www.weknowdubairealestate.com such as offensive, inaccurate, defamatory, libelous or slanderous material or material which is potentially infringing on another party's intellectual property rights. Warranties

www.weknowdubairealestate.com's services are provided without any warranties of any kind. www.weknowdubairealestate.com hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose as well as any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
Limitation on liability

www.weknowdubairealestate.com shall not be liable for any (i) content or quality of property advertising (ii) disruptions or interruptions in the Internet which affect Client's property advertisement, (iii) errors or delays in providing its property advertising services, (iv) loss of Client's data, (v) damage, disruption, or injury to Client's web site, or (vi) any delay or failure in performance due to or caused by any events beyond the reasonable control of www.weknowdubairealestate.com.

In no event shall www.weknowdubairealestate.com be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits or goodwill. Client acknowledges that www.weknowdubairealestate.com's pricing reflects the allocation of risk. In any event, when we received complains from others than Members uses www.weknowdubairealestate.com e-mail to create malicious acts to other internet users, www.weknowdubairealestate.com has the right to stop the Member from using www.weknowdubairealestate.com's e-mail. www.weknowdubairealestate.com and Piritech Studio are not responsible for any damages the member done to others.
