Bumper Banner
The Bumper Banner targets all traffic to our website - that includes visitors, buyers and sellers (real estate owners and agents). Your ad will be placed at the right of every page of our website in the space shown with a blue background.
The Bumper Banner can be booked in slots of 7, 14 or 21 days. To give flexibility and choice to our visitors, the same campaign cannot exceed 21 days. The banner size is 180x600 px, the max weight is 20 kb and the accepted formats are GIF, JPG, PNG and SWF. We advise you to use the SWF format. Ads must be hosted on our server.
Bumper Banner cost:-

• $ 295.00 for 7 days
• $ 395.00 for 14 days
• $ 495.00 for 21 days.

Please note - if you cancel your campaign before it ends, you will not receive a refund.

Email ads
We send out a mailer to all our registered members once a week to update them on the latest news. This is an effective way of sending immediate traffic to your site.
This form of advertising can be booked for 1, 3 or 5 times. As we want to give flexibility and choice to our members, you can not run the same campaign more than 5 times. The size is 600x80 px, the max weight is 15 kb and the accepted formats are GIF, JPG and PNG format. Ads must be hosted on our server. If you wish, you can place a text ad instead of an image.
Email ad cost:

• $ 195.00 for 1 time
• $ 295.00 for 3 times
• $ 395.00 for 5 times
